Does the audited systems work as sheduled and did they generate the planned result in time?

The Specific Operational Audit (SOA) is performed at a lower level and focuses on a specific system, specific departement and on a specific operation is the issue is very granular.

is there a blocking situation that avoid the working of this system and or the whole system to this component
which kind of enhancement did you want to make to this component?
